PERSONAL PROJECT 2021
Client Brief: The Coffee Guild is a trendy coffee spot for freelancers to work or play. A place with a chill vibe and relaxed atmosphere for people to come and stay. They source only the best single origin coffee, and offer excellent cold brews.
For this project, I went with bold strokes and warm, inviting colors. The logomark combines the imagery of a coffee cup and a medieval gonfalon or banner. As the brand name implies, a banner for customers and creatives, and those with great taste to gather under.
The strong clean logo and toasty palette welcome you inside for a warm cup brewed to the highest standards. And invites you stay and work, play, or just hang out.
The brand continues in the mix of geometric and organic patterns. Inspiring creativity and reminiscent of the rich, vibrant aromas and flavors in nature. The patterns are used across branding material, product packaging and merch. They are also adapted for the physical space of the interior wall and outdoor signage and decal.
